Wareham Land Trust is happy to announce an upcoming Trail Work Day! Join us on Saturday, November 7th at the Fearing Hill Conservation Area to improve trails by cutting back overgrown vegetation, removing debris, and repainting trail blazes.
We will meet at 10:00am and work until 11:30am. The parking lot for Fearing Hill is located on a busy road where cars drive fast, so please park on the side street, Wyndmoor Run, and we will walk to the entrance together. To reduce the chance of spreading COVID-19, please bring and wear a face mask, bring your own tools (loppers and clippers), bring your own water and bug spray, and be ready to work from a safe distance with others.
RSVP here or email Jenna Shea at engagement@warehamlandtrust.org to let her know you will be attending. If we are rained out on the 7th, the trail work day will be moved back to the 8th, and you will receive an email from Jenna about the rescheduling.
This is Jenna’s first Trail Work Day as Wareham Land Trust’s new TerraCorps Member, and she can’t wait to meet you all!
