October Volunteer Trail Days

Wareham Land Trust is happy to announce our first of many trail workdays as part of our new bimonthly Trail Day initiative.

Please bring your own gloves but we will provide tools (clippers, loppers, saws, etc.). Water, bug spray and appropriate woods attire is encouraged. With hunting season starting, remember to wear Blaze Orange! 

October 8th – Tweedy and Barnes

Join us on Saturday, October 8th at the Tweedy and Barnes Conservation Area to improve trails by cutting back overgrown vegetation. We will meet at 12:00pm and work until about 2:00pm. The Tweedy and Barnes parking area is located at 230 Blackmore Pond Road, West Wareham.

October 25th – Douglas S. Westgate

Join us on Tuesday, October 25th at the Douglas S. Westgate Conservation Area to improve trails by cutting back overgrown vegetation. We will meet at 10am and work until about noon. The Douglas S. Westgate parking area is located at 29 Papermill Road, West Wareham.
