Introduction to Outdoor Photography

Introduction to Outdoor Photography

IMG_2010_optSunday, October 18th, 1:30 p.m. Westgate Conservation Area, Papermill Road.

John Wiliszowski is a wonderful professional photography instructor and WLT Board member. He will lead this introduction to basic techniques that can be used to get the most from your camera when shooting nature.   Special emphasis will be placed on  techniques for photographing plants, landscapes, outdoor recreation and environmental activities. The session will  also place emphasis on the use of natural light and selective focus to produce captivating images.

A lesser emphasis will be placed on photographic equipment.
What to bring:
To get the most of the session please bring you camera’s user’s manual.  Cameras adjust differently and this will permit the instructor to better assist you in getting the most from your camera.  After the class, there will be lots of time to explore the conservation area and take photographs. Then submit them to our photography contest! The contest runs through October 31st. See more about that in our previous blog post: http://warehamlandtrust.org/wareham-land-trust-photo-contest/
