We are so grateful to Jackson Gillman for inviting our community members to his home in Onset to see various aspects of maple sugaring firsthand, from tapping to boiling. Jackson shared his personal experience and process and described how his backyard maple sugaring operation has grown from 4 to 40 taps over the years.
